Refund & Return Policy – LAMOI Craft

At LAMOI Craft Collection, we want you to love every handmade product you purchase. If you face any issue with your order, please review our policy below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged on arrival
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is defective
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  1. Return Window

Returns must be requested within:

7 days of receiving the product

After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at lamoicraftcollection@gmail.com
  2. Attach your order number and pictures of the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
  4. If approved, you will receive the return shipping instructions

Note:
Return shipping cost must be covered by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  1. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Processing time:

  • 5–7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They are defective
  • They arrived damaged

If you need an exchange, email us.

  1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
